At The Back Room Bistro we take the freshest and highest quality foods, to inspire our artistic sandwiches, salads, soups and hot plate entrees. We use olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a base to most dishes and our spices are mixed for us locally by Langniappe Spice Company here in Cookeville. Almost all plates are from scratch. Our chicken and steak sandwiches are made with fresh meat that we roast and slice, daily. We use organic products whenever possible and pay our local farmers what they deserve for the quality products that they provide for us.
